TXTDrive is a combination of Watch and Win mechanics and sales promotion.
The client wanted a high volume television based promotion, which also provided text message vouchers of real value to be delivered with entries. The issue in previous campaigns world wide was that text vouchers could not be validated effectively.
Lateral and Restaurant Brands developed a text voucher validation and redemption system, which linked the point of sale system with the text messaging system. This process revolves around sharing of unique identifiers for the text voucher. See graphic below.
The call to action was on Radio and television. This was a high volume promotion, which generated over 150 messages per second on a sustained basis.
How successful?
The total volume was approximately 850,000 messages.
