SMS & WEB
The TribalG community platform also provide SMS (text) and web capabilities:
Web based Communities. Although the TribalG community platform is mobile centric we also provide your users with html access to their community profile. Access to many services such as photos, blogs and video as well as viewing friends profiles are available through the web interface. For interactive user experiences such as chat the web tool is designed to drive users back to the mobile service.
TXTchat: This product enables users to chat using their community nickname with other community users via text messaging rather than being logged into the mobile web community itself. Certain keywords and commands are used to prompt users to use particular features or menus of the service.
Text Alerts (text publishing): This product enables a community member to register from within the WAP community for text alert messages. These messages are sent on a timely basis to alert users to community content, event information, competitions, or any other client relevant information.
We expand user access to communities via multiple touch points.
